Extra-Inning Win by Expos over Revolution
|
The Niagara Falls Expos did just enough to sneak past the York Revolution, 5-4, at Waterfall Park. Niagara Falls designated hitter Julian Rodney earned player of the game honors. The Revolution fall to 7-9 and continue their wobbly start to the 2034 season.
Rodney had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the 11th. On a first pitch fastball from Pedro Huerta, he banged a solo home run to right, giving the Expos a 5-4 lead. It was the 2nd home run of the year for Rodney.
"It was terrific getting this win," Rodney said. "We put in a lot of work to do it."
