Benefiting from Jimmy Scott's productive game, the Highwood Hawks downed the Idaho Falls Chukars, 6-3. Scott went 2 for 3 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2 for the Hawks. The winner was Pat Emery, who threw 115 pitches over 7 innings. The left-hander was charged with 3 runs on 6 hits.
