Rubén Vásquez had a good game, but he could not keep the Mercer Island Screaming Eagles from falling, 8-6, to the Tacoma Fur Traders at Mercer Island Grounds. The Mercer Island third baseman went 2-3 with a home run and 2 walks. He drove in 3 runs and scored once in the loss. Jeffrey Chesser locked down his 24th save.
