It was a good time at Gold Sox Field, where fans came to watch the Toledo Stingers and Chicago Gold Sox get after it.

Chicago first baseman Lupo Cotto made his presence felt in the 11-3 Gold Sox triumph over the Toledo Stingers. Cotto went 3 for 4 with 2 home runs and a walk. He scored 3 runs and drove in 3. Mario Gonzáles was credited with the save for Chicago, his 1st of the season.

Chicago shortstop Hirohisa Ogasawara contributed to the cause with a 2-run single in the bottom of the fourth. For the game, Ogasawara went 2-4 with a double, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3.

"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Ogasawara.
