The Santa Barbara Golden Cranes defeated the Bloomington Longnecks, 6-1, in USPL Triple A action at Lookouts Ballpark, with Santa Barbara pitcher Isaaka Ienimea named player of the game. Ienimea, now 9-2, was the winner. In 8.2 innings, he gave up 6 hits, while striking out 5, walking 2, and allowing 1 earned run. Santa Barbara is now 47-31, 2˝ games up in the Premier AAA.

Xu Cheng hit a 2-run double off Mike McKay in the top of the second, which put the Golden Cranes in front, 2-0. In addition to the double, Cheng had 1 single, while going 2 for 4.

"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Ienimea told the Santa Barbara Observer.
