The Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks did just enough to secure a 3-2 victory over the San Antonio BC at Thunder Hawks Ballpark. Nobody did more than pitcher Ratko Davidovic, who captured player of the game honors. The Thunder Hawks own a robust 63-33 mark.

The Thunder Hawks got a big at-bat from second baseman Dong-joo Yu. For the game, Yu was 2 for 3 with 2 singles. In the bottom of the sixth, with a runner on 3rd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 97th hit of the season gave Ft. Polk South a 3-2 lead.

"We've got a great group of guys," Davidovic said, "and we're having fun right now."
