Late Rally by Rawhides Secures Win

Both teams had their opportunities, but in the end, the Belvedere Park Rawhides got the win.
Belvedere Park Rawhides starter Teo van der Meulen was in fine form against the Richland Rails at Rails Ballpark, leading his team to a 3-2 win. Ron Pomar picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 3-3. Davis Sawyer was tagged with the loss. Billy Brooks picked up the save, his 1st.
The Rawhides got a big at-bat from shortstop Hang-ki Chung. For the game, Chung went 1 for 4 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the top of the ninth, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 5th home run of the season gave Belvedere Park a 3-1 lead.
"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," van der Meulen told the Belvedere Park Today.
The winning streak has now reached 4 games for Belvedere Park.
