Rapiers Shut Out Thunder Hawks
Kabeya Kasongo pitched a gem to lead Durham to a 2-0 victory over the Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks. The Rapiers bumped their record to 17-15 with this latest triumph.

The Rapiers got a big at-bat from first baseman Qwuntrezz Knight. For the game, Knight was 3-3 with a double and 2 singles. In the bottom of the seventh, with a runner on 3rd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 26th hit of the season gave Durham a 1-0 lead.

"We put it together today and came out with the win," Knight said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
