Deuces Continue Skid Thanks to Murphy, Hops
|
The Yakima Hops topped the Virginia Beach Deuces by the score of 8-4, with the biggest share of the credit going to center fielder Zack Murphy. Murphy was 2 for 2 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 4 for the Hops on the day. Elroy Quaid, the winner, improved to 1-2.
