1837 BBC Use Late-Game Magic to Beat Les Bleus
It was a good time at Houston Grounds, where fans came to watch the Quebec City Les Bleus and Houston 1837 BBC get after it.

Quebec City got a terrific performance from pitcher Itsa Sandwich, but it wasn't enough to beat the Houston 1837 BBC. Houston won the Houston Grounds contest, 5-2. Sandwich was the player of the game despite being on the losing side. He threw 6 innings allowing 1 run. Houston reliever Dorian Daly was credited with the win, to go to 7-5. Matt Digby took the loss for Quebec City.

Kai-ge Choe swatted a 3-run home run for Houston in the bottom of the ninth. The left fielder went 2 for 5 for the game, including 1 home run and 1 double. He scored 1 run and batted in 3.

"This was a good win for us," said Choe. "It's one more step toward our ultimate goal."

The 1837 BBC have an impressive 71-36 record.
