Both teams had their chances, but the Ellenburg Fighting Dachsunds eventually prevailed at Dog Park in Ellenburg.

The Ellenburg Fighting Dachsunds did just enough to secure a 4-3 victory over the Bloomington Longnecks at Dog Park in Ellenburg. Nobody did more than pitcher Benjamin Busto, who captured player of the game honors. Garrett Harrington closed the game out for Ellenburg, earning his 3rd save.

Vladya Pugiev, who is rated as the 63rd best prospect by BNN, aided the Ellenburg cause with a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the bottom of the fourth. For the game, the left fielder drove in one run.

"We put it together today and came out with the win," Busto said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."

The Fighting Dachsunds keep rolling, raising their record to 7-4.
