Golden Cranes Raise Rally Flag, Beat Bloomington, 4-3

Santa Barbara and Bloomington duked it out at Lookouts Ballpark and the Golden Cranes came out victorious.
Starting pitcher Gustavo Pérez pitched well enough to help the Santa Barbara Golden Cranes beat the Bloomington Longnecks by the score of 4-3. Santa Barbara, now 6-2, is setting the league on fire so far.
One important at-bat came with runners on 2nd and 3rd in the top of the eighth inning. Facing Bloomington hurler Cristián Moreno, Tom Haymon, who is rated as the 75th best prospect by BNN, drew a walk. The Golden Cranes went on to win.
"We put together a nice win," Pérez said.
