It was a fun time at Royse City Stadium, where the Tremont Doubledays and Royse City Targaryens tangled.

The Royse City Targaryens picked up a win at Royse City Stadium, knocking off the Tremont Doubledays, 8-1. Starting pitcher Shang-de Fu, who captured player of the game honors, was a big reason why. The Targaryens saw their win-loss record go to 53-28. At the same time, the Doubledays fell to 38-43.

Joe Karnowski swatted a grand slam home run for Royse City in the bottom of the fifth. The first baseman went 2 for 4 for the game, including 1 home run and 1 double. He scored 1 run and batted in 4.
