The Vermont Lake Monsters dealt the Alloway Halberds a 8-7 loss at Monster Field. Sébastien Cornu was the star on offense. He was 2 for 4 with a home run. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. Vermont reliever Mike Brandner was credited with the win, to go to 3-1. Gilberto Ramírez took the loss for Alloway. Jefferson Suhendro was credited with the save for Vermont, his 13th of the season.
