Behind a solid performance from center fielder Cisco Hernández, the Alloway Halberds defeated the Pennsauken Flyers, 3-1. Hernández went 1-3 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for the Halberds. Seb Alport earned the save for Alloway, his 6th of the year. Alloway has 3 straight wins, Pennsauken 3 straight losses.

Hernández contributed a big hit, a 3-run home run, for Alloway in the bottom of the fourth. With his team trailing 1-0, Hernández took a sinker from Will O'Slattery and stroked the home run to left. His 2nd home run of the season allowed the Halberds to leap in front, 3-1.

"Win or lose, we pick each other up in this clubhouse," Hernández told the Alloway Citizen.
