Arturo Gramer pitched a gem to lead Plymouth to a 2-0 victory over the Pure Michigan Great Lakers. The win brings the Rocks to 10-7, a promising start as the team looks to return to the playoffs.
Though he did not get the decision, Gramer did all he could to keep his team close, twirling a shutout through 7 innings, until Plymouth eventually rallied past the Great Lakers.
"We put it together today and came out with the win," Gramer said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
