It was a fun time at Doubledays Stadium, where the Alloway Halberds and Tremont Doubledays tangled.

Benefiting from Jorge Rodríguez's productive game, the Tremont Doubledays downed the Alloway Halberds, 8-4. Rodríguez was 2 for 3 with a double and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 2 for the Doubledays. Robert Smalls picked up the win, improving his season record to 1-2. He struck out 5 in 7 innings.

Rodríguez had an important at-bat with the bases loaded in the bottom of the fifth, when he hit a 2-run double. The Doubledays went on to win.
