Big Day by Murillo Ignites Eclipse Win
The Northville Eclipse beat the Irving Blue Sox, 14-4, at Old-Timers Park. The win was largely due to the efforts of right fielder Javier Murillo, who captured player of the game honors. He was 4-4 with 2 doubles, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Northville is now 33-26. Irving is 35-24.

The fans who came in support of the Eclipse were pleased with the outcome. It was what they had hoped for when they passed through the turnstiles at Old-Timers Park.

"My job is to go out and play as hard as I can for the Eclipse," said Murillo.
