In a tight game between the San Bernardino Grasshoppers and the Bethesda Atoms, pitcher Tracy Cowdin was terrific on the mound. The San Bernardino left-hander was named the player of the game in San Bernardino's 3-1 win. The winning pitcher was Cowdin, now 1-0.
