Red Pandas Roll to 10-3 Win Over Coyotes
|
The Sioux Falls Red Pandas knocked off the Hamilton Coyotes, 10-3, at The Bamboo Forest. Mark Armstead, who captured player of the game honors, was a big reason Sioux Falls won. The left fielder went 2 for 2 with 2 singles and 2 walks, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Nassim El-Badwi converted his 1st save in 1 tries. The Red Pandas are now 48-50, while the Coyotes fall to 42-56.
Armstead had a big at-bat with the bases loaded in the bottom of the third inning, when he drew a walk, driving in 1 run. The Red Pandas went on to win.
"We did more than enough to get the win," said Armstead.
