Starkey Sensational for Disaster
Both teams had their chances, but the Port Royal Disaster eventually prevailed at Milton Corner Tavern.

The Port Royal Disaster did just enough to secure a 3-2 victory over the Key West Coral Reefers at Milton Corner Tavern. Nobody did more than pitcher Jason Starkey, who captured player of the game honors. Port Royal is now riding a 3-game win streak.

The Coral Reefers had trouble solving Starkey, who surrendered no earned runs on 1 hit over 7 innings.

Starkey told a Port Royal Daily News reporter that he was "more than satisfied" with the win.
