Magic, Rodríguez Blank Canonniers de Quebec Wednesday, July 27th, 2033 It wasn't easy but Alfredo Rodríguez made it look that way. Rodríguez silenced the Canonniers de Quebec, 1-0, in a Orlando Magic triumph at Ballpark of Dudleyville today. Despite the appearance of dominance, Rodríguez said later that he felt like he was struggling all game. He gave up 1 walk and 4 hits. "It didn't feel quite right today, but I made the decision to bear down and work through it," he said. "I made a few mistakes but it goes to show what you can do with grit and not much else." So far this year Rodríguez has made 7 starts, tossed 51 innings, struck out 44 batters and walked 10. His record is 4-1 with a 2.12 ERA and he has limited opposing teams to a .261 batting average.
