González on Fire, Strikes out 15 Hillers Sunday, June 26th, 2033 Staten Island Pizza Rats starter Luis González brought his best stuff to Ballpark of Califon today against the Union City Hillers, striking out 15 batters in his club's 3-1 victory. In a strong performance, the 20-year-old González gave up 6 hits in his 8.1 innings of work and issued 1 walk. "I felt good out there," he said after the game. "My fastball had a lot of life and my fastball was sharp. It was giving hitters fits and working well for me."
