Season Ends for Kong Li of Ladue
Wednesday, August 24th, 2033
The season is ending on a bad note for Kong Li, starting pitcher for the Ladue Rams. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Li was hurt against the Surprise Shockers while throwing a pitch. He suffered a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament and will be out for at least 7 months.

So far this year Li has made 19 starts, tossed 136.1 innings, struck out 143 batters and walked 36. His record is 12-5 with a 3.50 ERA and he has limited opposing teams to a .248 batting average.
