Atlantic City's Gardener Takes Best Pitcher Prize Wednesday, October 5th, 2033 The votes are in for the 2033 USPL Double A Outstanding Pitcher Award. It has been bestowed on Ángel Gardener of the Atlantic City Sonics. The 25-year-old Sonics ace finished the year with a 8-3 mark, logged 17 starts, threw 117 innings, yielded 78 hits, struck out 110 and held the opposition to a .189 batting average. Alejandro Ramírez of the Northville Eclipse finished second in voting, while Jeff Merritt of the Reno Silver Sox finished third. |
