Springfield Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Wednesday, September 1st, 2032 The Springfield Shooters will have to put any fleeting championship aspirations on hold for the time being. The Shooters were mathematically eliminated from contention for the 2032 playoffs today. Springfield last appeared in the postseason in 2027. This is their 5th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 12 times in their 17-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Shooters have missed the playoffs 7 times. |
