SAA Gives Outstanding Pitcher Award Wednesday, October 5th, 2033 A sparkling 11-5 mark for the year just about says it all -- that's what Roger Rodenburg of the Lancaster Farmers put up this season. That's why the USSL Double A rated him the #1 hurler in the league and named him the 2033 Outstanding Pitcher Award winner. He held opposing clubs to a .227 batting average and compiled a 3.16 ERA. Rodenburg stood out with 127 strikeouts while giving up 105 hits and 29 walks in 128.1 innings. Hercules Mata'afa of the Lannister United Lionhearts finished second in voting, while Idowu Okonjo of the Bethesda Atoms finished third. |
