Season Over for Ricardo Collazo in Key West Monday, August 29th, 2033 Ricardo Collazo has to call it a season. The Key West Coral Reefers shortstop sustained a season-ending injury against the Tremont Doubledays and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Collazo was injured while running the bases. His doctors diagnosed it as a broken kneecap and stated that he would not be able to play for 8 months. Collazo is hitting .271 so far this season with 20 RBIs and 20 runs scored. He has 26 hits including no home runs, 17 walks and .374 OBP. |
