Dugnutt and Simmons Brawl, League Suspends Them Sunday, August 21st, 2033 After an intense confrontation, both the Lake Monsters Bobson Dugnutt and the Men Earl Simmons were handed their punishments today. The league commissioner's office issued suspensions for an on-the-field conflict that occurred at a recent Vermont-Florida game. Both players will miss 11 games as a result of their actions. "Sometimes we go too far and have to pay the consequences," Bobson Dugnutt commented later. "Hopefully cooler heads will prevail the next time we play." Dugnutt is hitting .278 this year with 11 home runs and 64 RBIs. He also has an OBP of .342, 20 walks and scored 38 times.
