Patel Nabs PAAA Outstanding Hitter Award Sunday, October 9th, 2033 Benedict Patel of the Bloomington Longnecks had a fine season this year and today he accepted the Outstanding Hitter Award for 2033. The 27-year-old right fielder put up a .320 average and a .437 on-base percentage, piling up 107 hits, 15 doubles, 2 triples, 14 home runs, 46 RBIs and 79 runs scored. Ernesto Trevino of the Plymouth Rocks finished second in voting, while Vladya Pugiev of the Ellenburg Fighting Dachsunds finished third. |
