Guzzlers Wheeler Gone for Year Monday, August 29th, 2033 The season is finished for Irving Wheeler of the Galesburg Guzzlers. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Guzzlers starting pitcher suffered a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Phoenix Hotspur U-21. Team doctors said it would take at least 11 months to heal. |
