José Hernández Out for Season Thursday, June 23rd, 2033 A blow for José Hernández today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 4-5 months with a broken bone in the elbow. Hernández suffered the injury colliding with a player at a base. Although officials from the Athletic Club KC U-24 are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Hernández's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. In 12 games Hernández is hitting .333 this season with 3 hits, no home runs, 1 RBIs, no walks, .333 OBP and has scored 1 run. |
