Chiefs Captures Wild Card Sunday, September 4th, 2033 The Connetquot Chiefs have secured a berth in the USSL Single A playoffs. The club officially claimed a wild card position today, on the strength of their 60-33 record. "Obviously we would have liked to have won the Silver A, but we're still proud of our accomplishment," said starting pitcher Robert Smalls. The club will be vying for their franchise's 3rd championship when the playoffs get underway. |
