Parker on Fire, Strikes out 15 Expos Wednesday, August 31st, 2033 Mark Parker of the Nebraska Plainsmen put on a pitching clinic today at Plain Old Stadium as he struck out 15 Niagara Falls Expos in a 8-3 victory. Parker, who is tied for 8th in the SA with a 1.15 WHIP, was simply magnificent as he held the Expos to 4 hits. He walked 1. "I felt okay at the beginning," Parker said, "but eventually my curveball really started working. I also have to thank my catcher for calling a great game." When asked about Parker's performance, Plainsmen manager Jack Clayton shook his head and said, "Yeah, he was good out there today. He was dominating."
