Byrd Nabs 3A Outstanding Hitter Award Friday, September 23rd, 2033 Paul Byrd of the Highwood Hawks had a fine season this year and today he accepted the Outstanding Hitter Award for 2033. The 23-year-old third baseman put up a .329 average and a .397 on-base percentage, piling up 111 hits, 18 doubles, 2 triples, 18 home runs, 60 RBIs and 53 runs scored. Semo Hoaloha of the Grim Reapers finished second in voting, while Jorge Corella of the Bellevue Bruins finished third. |
