Johnson Nixed as Manager by Caterpillars Wednesday, August 3rd, 2033 Chris Johnson has been released as the Grand Forks Caterpillars manager. Caterpillars officials said it is time to make a change and get the club heading in a different direction. The dismissed skipper was philosophical about his fate. "When things don't go right, the first thing management does is get a new manager," he said. "That seems to be the quickest solution to making things better -- or at least, making them seem better. That's just the way baseball is." |
