Nobles Hammered by See-to, Drop Game 2 to Rocks

Plymouth Rocks manager John Bush wasn't expecting much from the rookie playing in his first postseason. Maybe he should have been.
In front of a supportive hometown crowd today, 23-year-old left fielder Xi-ku See-to humbled the visiting Bakersfield Nobles at Plymouth Quarry. See-to went 4-4 with 2 home runs and a double as the Rocks shut out the Nobles by a final score of 4-2, to force a 1-1 tie in the best-of-5 PL AAA Championship.
Phil McCroskey, who is rated as the 14th best prospect by BNN, chipped in for Plymouth with a solo home run in the bottom of the third. For the game, the center fielder had 3 hits in 3 at-bats with 2 home runs, 1 single, 2 runs scored, and 2 runs batted in.
"We'll put this win in our pocket and go after the next one," said See-to.
Game 3 is scheduled for Saturday, September 24th, 2033. Slated to start are Rizaldo Manansala for Plymouth and Victor Lustig for Bakersfield.
