Moose Jaw right-hander Gi-hyuk Tang pitched his team to victory over the Newcastle Mermen at Foresters Stadium. The final score was 5-4. Tang, now 3-6, was the winner. In 9 innings, he gave up 8 hits, while striking out 5, walking 3, and allowing 4 earned runs. Even with the win, the Canucks have a dismal 16-31 record.
