Sun Helps Elephants Run Win Streak to 4
The Gibtown Elephants met little resistance from the Newcastle Mermen, beating them 11-1 at Wrigley Field. Zi-cheng Sun led the way. He went 4 for 5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3 for Gibtown. The winning streak has now reached 4 games for Gibtown.

In the bottom of the sixth inning, right fielder DeMarvion Overshown came through big-time for the Elephants. With Gibtown leading 5-1, he belted a 3-run home run.
