It was a fun time at Corpus Christi Grounds, where the Newcastle Mermen and Ellesmere Island Snowpeople tangled.

Héctor Rivera made an impact in the 7-2 Ellesmere Island win over Newcastle. Rivera was 1-2 with a double and 2 walks, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. At 4-0, the Snowpeople have played well so far.
