Fort Knox rode a fine outing from starter Jacob Swanson to victory over the San Diego Clippers at Ballpark of Baxter. The final score was 4-1. The winning pitcher was Swanson, now 1-1. He tossed 8 innings of 4-hit ball, while walking 4 and fanning 8. Cullen Taylor finished to wrap up his 1st save.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Swanson told the Fort Knox Chronicle.
