Shockers Best Music in Pitching Duel
|
In a low-scoring affair between the Surprise Shockers and the Memphis Music, pitcher Jody Clark was the difference between victory and defeat. The Surprise right-hander earned player of the game honors in the 2-1 Shockers win. Vítor Paiva, credited with the win, is now 1-0. He allowed 1 run on 7 hits in 6.1 innings.
