Snider Now 6-1 After Subduing Blaze
|
Valley starter Dale Snider pitched effectively against the South Beach Blaze at The Heron Refuge. The left-hander led his team to a 2-1 win. Getting the save was Jen-ta Men, his 1st. Valley is now 26-18, 2½ games up in the Premier A.
The Blaze had few good swings against Snider, the left-hander, who threw 112 pitches over 7.1 innings. He allowed just no runs on 3 hits.
