Valley left fielder Grady Harris had a good game, even if his team did not. The Blue Sox dropped a 6-4 decision to Chicago at The Heron Refuge. Harris was 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles. Currito Fonseca got the win, improving to 1-0. He pitched 6 innings, giving up 8 hits and 2 runs, while striking out 4 and walking 2. The Tula' win now puts them at 11-11.

Frank de Blooys, who is tied for 10th in the PA in home runs with 3, helped out the Chicago cause in the top of the first inning with a 2-run single. For the game, the catcher was 1-4. He drove in 2 runs.
