Chicago Tula starter Roger Versluis was in fine form against the Put-In-Bay BC at Ramblers Ballpark, leading his team to a 6-1 win. The Tula improved to 10-11.

The BC had trouble solving Versluis, who surrendered no earned runs on 2 hits over 8 innings.

"Whenever we hold the other team to one run," said Tula manager Chad Hess, "I like our chances."
