It wasn't easy but the Kennesaw Jets made it look that way.

Starter Jack Tucker shut out the Yellowknife Dragonblood despite having what he later called "sub-par" stuff, and the Kennesaw Jets cruised to victory, 11-0. Tucker allowed only 7 hits and rang up 8 strikeouts but insisted later that he did not deserve primary credit for the win.

"It didn't feel quite right today, but I got a lot of help to get through," he said. "I trusted my catcher and the guys behind me bailed me out more than once when I screwed up."

In the current season in 19 starts, Jack Tucker has a record of 12-2 with 127 strikeouts in 142.1 innings and a 2.78 ERA.
