Kato K's 12 En Route to 6-1 Generals Win
|
Kentaro Kato never let the River Rats get in a groove. The left-hander used his bread and butter, his fastball, to pitch the Generals to a 6-1 win. The Generals improved to 41-49.
The River Rats had trouble solving Kato, who surrendered 1 earned run on 4 hits over 8 innings.
"There's still time to turn this season around," said Kato.
