Jets Topple Expos with Late Rally
Kennesaw left fielder Gong Mao was instrumental in his team's 6-5 win over the Niagara Falls Expos. Mao, who is tied for 2nd in the SA in bases on balls with 68, went 3-4 with 1 run scored to lead the offensive attack for the Jets. Kennesaw reliever Júlio Enríquez picked up the win, upping his record to 5-1. Tung-chi Ran was saddled with the loss. Kennesaw has now won 5 in a row.

Mao had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the ninth. On a full count fastball from Tung-chi Ran, he banged a 2-run home run to right, giving the Jets a 6-5 lead. It was the 9th home run of the year for Mao.

"If you want to be considered a good team, these are the kind of games you have to win," said Kennesaw manager António Sáenz.
