Dragonblood, Bond Blast Expos
The Yellowknife Dragonblood topped the Niagara Falls Expos by the score of 11-1, with the biggest share of the credit going to right fielder Gerrie Bond. Bond was 4-4 with a home run and 2 doubles, while scoring 3 runs for the Dragonblood on the day. Van Lapointe, the winner, improved to 4-2. "It was a solid team effort and we'll try to keep this momentum going," Bando told reporters after the game.

The Dragonblood now have a record of 36-20 with the win over Niagara Falls.
