Shultz Rips Washington for 5 Hits
John Shultz put on a hitting clinic today as the Connetquot Chiefs dumped the Washington Generals 8-3 at The Big Teepee.

The Connetquot left fielder made Washington defenders earn their pay, lashing Washington pitching for 5 hits in 5 at-bats in the game. He told BNN reporters after the game that his strategy was "just hit it where they pitched it."

"Too often I try too hard to pull the ball," Shultz said in his postgame press conference. "Today, I just went with the pitch."

John Shultz doubled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, doubled in the 5th, hit a two-run double in the 7th and doubled in the 8th.
